What we collect
When you submit our enquiry form, call or email us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, project postcode and any details you choose to share about your project.
Why we collect it
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site visit, prepare an estimate and — if you engage us — to deliver the work and communicate about it. We do not sell your data. We do not send marketing emails.
Lawful basis
We rely on legitimate interest (responding to an enquiry you initiated) and, where a job proceeds, contractual necessity.
Who sees it
Only Charlie and, where genuinely necessary for the job, our named trade partners (for example a groundworker or electrician quoting on their portion). Third-party form-hosting and email providers process your data on our behalf under standard data-processing terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details that don't proceed to a job are deleted within 24 months. Records for completed jobs are retained for the period required for tax and contractual reasons (typically 6 years).
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@barnetts-bespoke.co.uk. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
